Rocky Mountain Allies (RMA) is a community-focused organization dedicated to building connections, sharing resources, and fostering belonging throughout rural mountain communities. We work to help bridge gaps between individuals and the resources, organizations, businesses, and community leaders working to support them.
Our Mission
Rocky Mountain Allies works to strengthen rural communities by improving access to resources, creating opportunities for connection, and building partnerships that help individuals and communities thrive. We have a special focus on supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of color, and other underserved communities throughout the Rocky Mountain region.

We envision rural mountain communities where everyone can access the resources, opportunities, support, and sense of belonging they deserve—regardless of where they live.
What We Do
RMA works alongside local organizations, businesses, service providers, volunteers, and community leaders to strengthen connections throughout our region. Our work includes community outreach, resource connections, partnerships, volunteer opportunities, and events designed to bring people together and celebrate our communities.
